Privacy Policy for RaceIQ

RaceIQ does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. The application is fully offline, and all user data remains on your device.

1. Data Collection

We do not collect or transmit any personal information or usage data. All functionality and user settings remain strictly on-device.

2. Use of Information

As no personal data is collected, there is no use of personal information by RaceIQ.

We do not share any information with third parties.

4. Security

Your data never leaves your device. You remain in control of your data at all times.

5. Your Rights and Data Access

Access and update: All data is stored locally. You can access or modify it through the app interface on your device.
Data deletion: Uninstalling the app will delete all app data from your device.
Withdraw consent: Since no data is collected, no consent is stored or required. There is nothing to withdraw.

RaceIQ allows users to generate PDF documents containing race data, car setups, and related information.

All data used to create PDFs is stored locally on your device.
The PDF generation happens entirely on your device.
You have full control over if and how you share these PDFs (e.g., via email or other apps).
RaceIQ does not collect, transmit, or store these PDFs or any of your data on external servers.
